- Shukra dosha (Defect in semen volume, sperm count, motility and morphology)

- Ativyayama (Excessive physical work vitiation of vata dosha cause male infertility)

Diagnosis of Male infertility
General physical examination, semen analysis, scrotal ultrasound,testicular biopsy,hormone test.
Character of Sudha sukra (healthy semen) are liquid,thick,sweet,unctuous,without any smell,viscous and greyish white in color.
